The San Luis Valley will soon be home to the state's first commercial solar power plant. The SunEdison company will build it, and Colorado’s largest utility, Xcel, will buy the power it creates. The plant is an outgrowth of Amendment 37, which voters passed in 2004. Xcel spokesman Tom Henley talks to Ryan Warner.
