Payday Lending Bill Clears House

A bill to curb interest rates on payday loans cleared the house yesterday after months of debate at the state capitol. A handful of Democrats voted with Republicans to try and kill the measure, but it ultimately passed by a narrow margin. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
