New plan calls for retiring coal-fired power plants

There's a major new push to improve air quality along the Front Range by switching some coal-fired power plants in metro natural gas. Colorado Public Radio's Anna Panoka spoke with Jim Martin, Executive Director of the state Department of Natural Resources, about the new legislation.
