Teacher Tenure Vote Delayed

The house delayed a vote on a controversial teacher tenure bill yesterday, saying it was too late in the day to tackle such a divisive measure. The final vote will likely fall on the last day of the state's legislative session. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
