CSU Unveils New Financial Aid Model

Colorado State University has announced a new plan to offer tuition breaks for low and middle income students. It comes on the heals of a new bill signed into law that would give colleges and universities across the state more flexibility to increase tuition. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
