A Denver District Court ruled yesterday that Tom Tancredo's name can remain on the election ballot as a candidate for Governor. Tancredo is running as a member of the American Constitution party. Two Republican activists filed a lawsuit saying that he didn't qualify to be on the ballot because he switched parties too late. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
