Colorado lawmakers are considering ways to cut up to 1.1 billion dollars from the state budget...4th District Democratic Congresswoman Betsy Markey declined to show up at a planned debate with Republican challenger Cory Gardner, saying she will not participate in events unless two minor-party candidates are included...and, Loveland officials say they won't replace a controversial piece of artwork allegedly ripped up by a woman in the city's museum.
