Budget Gridlock

The state legislature has been forced to delay a debate on the budget as Republicans and Democrats work to negotiate a compromise. Republicans in the senate say they want to stop raiding money from businesses to fill the shortfall. Democrats say they won't make additional cuts to K-12 schools. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
