Colorado Springs Election Results; Ballot Counting Incomplete

City Clerk Kathryn Young reportedly sent home ballot counters with 9000-10,000 ballots left to count (Gazette, KRDO, KKTV, Colorado Springs Independent, KOAA). Phone calls to the city were not answered; by 10:40 PM, the city announced no more ballots would be counted Tuesday evening.

The unofficial, incomplete results are as follows (candidates presented alphabetically):
