Round-Up: State Senate passes budget; and more

After five months of hearings and negotiations the state senate passed a bi-partisan budget today...and, Cotter Corp. plans to initiate testing next month to determine the how much of a cancer-causing chemical is in the groundwater near its Canon City uranium mill.
