Round-Up: Pueblo Commissioners expected to vote on nuclear power; Tipton to tour PCMS; and more

A proposal to create an "energy park" in Pueblo County that could include a nuclear power plant is going before the county commissioners...Colorado Republican congressman Scott Tipton is planning to tour the Army's Pinon Canyon training site in southeast Colorado and then hold a town hall meeting in Trinidad to discuss the future of the facility...and, the Bureau of Land Management plans a series of hearings in the West on the impacts of oil shale development. Hearings are planned in Colorado on May 3 in Rifle and May 4 in Denver.
