Round-Up: Energy producer gets loan guarantee for solar project; Bear hunting bill dies

Energy Department officials say an energy producer has been offered a $90.6 million conditional commitment loan guarantee to help construct a solar generation project in southern Colorado...and, a bill that would have expanded the season for bear hunting has died with a whimper.
