Legislature Tries, But Fails to Draw Congressional Maps

The state legislature has failed to reach a compromise to draw new congressional districts, and depending on who you ask, you get a vastly different picture of how and when things turned sour. The state is required to draw new lines to account for population shifts. The issue will now be tossed to the courts for a judge to decide new maps. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
