More residents close to the wildfire burning near Westcliffe have been warned to be ready to evacuate. The blaze has burned almost four square miles. Forest officials are holding an information meeting at 6 at the Custer County School in Westcliffe. In New Mexico, residents in several neighborhoods closest to Raton have been allowed to return. In all, several hundred residents were initially evacuated and some still remain out of their homes. Traffic is moving again along Interstate 25 between Raton and Trinidad...High fire danger throughout Southern Colorado means that many areas have instituted fire bans, including Pueblo County.
