Round-Up: Pueblo joins water study; Gov. Hickenlooper moves forward with plan for health insurance exchanges

The Pueblo Board of Water Works is joining other Front Range water providers in hiring a consultant to study a plan to bring water from the Colorado River over the Continental Divide...and, the Hickenlooper administration is pushing forward with a plan to have health insurance exchanges operating in the state in two years.
