Governor John Hickenlooper is asking state employees if they are satisfied with their jobs...Proponents of an initiative that would raise Colorado sales and income taxes and earmark the money for education have collected enough signatures to get the measure on the November ballot...and, Lt. Gov. Joe Garcia testified that inequities exist in education but says the state has met its constitutional obligation in how it funds its schools.
