Colorado Voters Say ‘No’ to Proposition 103

Colorado voters overwhelmingly struck down Proposition 103. The measure would’ve temporarily increased sales and income taxes for public education. Proponents said the proposal would’ve helped restore deep education cuts and bring much needed money back into the classroom. Opponents argued that now was the wrong time to increase taxes.
