Colorado Springs City Council is expected to vote tomorrow on whether or not to move forward on talks with the University of Colorado Hospital regarding its interest in leasing the Memorial Health System. That’s according to the Gazette...Governor John Hickenlooper is asking state agencies to streamline regulations and try to cut red tape...and, the National Resources Conservation Service says Colorado's snowpack was 71 percent of average as of Jan. 1.
