Congressional investigators looking into an outbreak of listeria in cantaloupe that killed at least 30 people last year have found fault with third-party auditors, Jensen Farms, and Food and Drug Administration regulations, according to the Denver Post...and, the state’s annual legislative session begins tomorrow, and passing a balanced budget is expected to once again be the focal point of the session.
