Colorado's colleges would have to work with labor experts to find out where jobs are under a bill that received unanimous bipartisan backing in a state House committee today...The next stage of renovations on Colorado’s capitol dome is right around the corner, and contractors are getting ready to place a protective, weatherproof wrap around the structure to prepare for the next stage of the project....and, Colorado's booming solar energy industry and its compromise over a controversial drilling is providing a backdrop for part of President Barack Obama's post-State of the Union five-state tour.
