The date for turning in primary election ballots is fast approaching. Perhaps one of the biggest regional races comes on the Republican ballot, where Robert Blaha is challenging incumbent Congressman Doug Lamborn for the nomination in the 5th Congressional District. KRCC’s Andrea Chalfin sat down to talk with both candidates. Yesterday, we heard from challenger Blaha. Today, we’ll hear a portion of her conversation with Doug Lamborn, who spoke with Andrea from his office in Washington. She began by asking him why he’s seeking another term.
