The goal of this year’s Colorado Health Symposium was to address issues related to equity in access to health care. The conference was held last week in Keystone, and brought together hundreds of health care professionals and policy makers from Colorado and beyond. Colorado Public News was there, and this week we’re bringing you a series of conversations from the Symposium. We’ll start today with a discussion about the intersection of business and obesity between Carol McKinley of Colorado Public News and Hank Cardello, author of Stuffed: An Insider’s Look at What’s Making America Fat.
