The Galleries of Contemporary Art at UCCS open a new show called "Visual Environments" tonight, Friday, August 2 at their downtown gallery featuring the work of Pattie Lee Becker and Suchitra Mattai (see images below). A week from tomorrow, GOCA will host its largest fundraiser of the year, an art party called BRILLIANT. I spoke with GOCA Curator Daisy McConnell about the events.
