At Least Ten Oil Spills Caused by Colo. Flooding

The flooding in north-central Colorado has caused two significant oil spills in one of the state’s major petroleum fields.  Todd Hartman, spokesman for the state Department of Natural Resources, says the spills at the two Anadarko storage tanks are concerning but not unexpected.  Hartman spoke with CPR's Anna Hanel.
