Defense attorneys in the Colorado theater shooting case say a jailhouse video of defendant James Holmes should be barred from evidence during trial because prosecutors gave it to them too late.
Judge Carlos Samour Jr. will hear their arguments during a Monday hearing. Holmes' attorneys say they have not had time to assess the significance of the video.
