The Colorado Supreme Court will decide whether to hear arguments in a case that seeks to put a stop to the artist Christo's plan to drape parts of the Arkansas River with translucent fabric.

The Denver Post reports the group Rags Over the Arkansas River says Colorado State Parks broke its own rules in 2011 when it rushed the project through approval a week before it merged with the Colorado Wildlife Commission, an agency that opposes the project.
