Board Unanimously Sides With Opponents Of Methadone Clinic

A methadone clinic isn't getting a business license in Monument after a town board unanimously agreed with opponents.

The Colorado Springs Gazette reports the board decided Monday night to block the facility proposed by Orlando, Fla.-based Colonial Management Group.
