Snowmass Village residents voted Tuesday to recall town councilman Chris Jacobson by a landslide vote.

Jacobson faces criminal charges after a drunk-driving arrest in June and hasn't attended the last eight Town Council sessions, the Aspen Times reports.

Tom Goode, who currently serves as chair of the town's planning commission, won the vote to replace Jacobson.
