Authorities say a Colorado State Patrol trooper was killed after being struck by a car while investigating an accident on an interstate south of Denver.
Thirty-three-year-old Jaimie Jursevics was hit on southbound Interstate 25 near Castle Rock around 9 p.m. Sunday. The state patrol says the driver who hit her was taken into custody, but investigators haven't identified that person yet or released details about the crash.
