Aspen Woman Allowed To See Neighbor’s Complaint Against Her

An Aspen woman will be able to find out who filed a complaint against her for an illegal construction project at her Aspen home after the Colorado Supreme Court declined to hear the case.

The Aspen Daily News reports that the state high court on Monday declined to hear Pitkin County's appeal, upholding the Colorado Court of Appeals ruling that Elesabeth Shook should be able to see the complaint against her. A local judge in 2014 ruled that the county was correct in not releasing the complaint.
