More Rain Possible In Colorado Springs After Flooding

More rain is possible again in Colorado Springs after flooding and hail that had to be removed with snow plows on Monday.

Eight people also had to be rescued from their cars after they became stranded in the deep water.

The Gazette reports that most areas of the city got between one and two inches of rain on Sunday, leaving the ground saturated before the latest storm hit. An area near Peterson Air Force Base got just over 4 inches of rain between Sunday and Monday evening.
