2020 Gingerbread Home Build

Join Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity as we come together virtually to build Christmas cheer, friendly competition, and an affordable home for a local veteran's family! Anyone in El Paso County can participate!

This year's event will be virtual, and participating is easy:

1. Join the competition to become a Builder and we'll deliver a pre-assembled gingerbread home kit to your home or office (contact-free) on November 30. Registrations are limited - sign up by November 23 to participate!

You can purchase "building permits" to enhance your gingerbread home kit. These permit packages provide you additional items supplied by Pikes Peak Habitat and will be delivered with your kit.
2. Decorate your gingerbread home between 5 pm Monday, November 30 and 5 pm Tuesday, December 1.

3. Share your personalized Builder page with family and friends and ask them to "vote" for your gingerbread home with a donation. Voting ends December 16th at midnight! Winners will be announced December 18, at noon via video.

The three gingerbread homes that raise the most money for our Veteran Build will win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize!

When you participate as a Builder or donate to vote for a gingerbread home, you're directly supporting our 3rd Annual Veteran Build for Monya's family. Thank you!

Our 3rd Annual Veteran Build will begin construction in January 2021 with an estimated completion in October 2021.
