Did you know that Gussie Blake operated a brothel attached to the first Garfield County courthouse in Glenwood Springs? Angie Parkison, author of Hope and Hot Water and A Vintage Pictorial Souvenir, will include that story and others in a presentation and slide show about our town’s early days. See her in person at the Glenwood Springs library community room, February 13, at 6:30 p.m.
