Court Care 5K Race to Protect the Children

The Ninth Annual “Protect the Children 5K Race/Walk” will be held August 28, 2021 in Historic Monument Valley Park in support of Court Care for the Pikes Peak Region. Kids are welcome and run free. Court Care is the only nonprofit in the Pikes Peak Region that provides childcare for children whose parents are called to court for legal proceedings. Without this program, children would attend court hearings, probation meetings, mandated drug treatment programs, or observe other matters that are simply inappropriate. Crime and domestic violence victims rely on CCPPR to keep their children safe during protection order hearings to ensure family safety. Kids are welcome and run free.
