Healthy Together Week: Yoga in the Park

For our heroes--in mind, body and spirit! Take a moment to inhale and exhale at this outdoor, beginner-friendly yoga class. Taught by Cambio Yoga Studio, all proceeds to this event will go to raise funds for local nonprofit, Home Front Military Network and their mission of assisting military members, veterans, and families. Practice mindfulness in beautiful Bear Creek Park. Bring friends and family, plenty of sunscreen and come to support our military & veteran community.
