2021 is Colorado Springs’ 150th birthday! Throughout the year, we invite History Detectives (Upper Elementary) to celebrate local history through fun and educational experiences. We’ll learn and explore through games, crafts, and history challenges. These programs are designed to help young learners explore concepts such as community, transportation, art, and even their own unique place in history. There are two programs limited to 10 individuals each (adults and children included) to promote social distancing and create a personalized experience.
Colorado Springs is turning 150 years old! This is also known as the sesquicentennial anniversary. We’ll explore the COS@150 exhibit and learn how objects tell stories about our community. Don’t forget your birthday hat!
Registration required. Please reserve your free tickets at https://give.cspm.org/history-detectives.
