"Love of the Nightingale" by Timberlake Wertenbaker reinvents the Greek myth of Tereus, Philomele, and Procne in a beautiful and heartbreaking investigation of silence and violence. Mady Pritchard has created a film adaptation of the work which will be screened at the Chapman Foundations Recital Hall for audiences on the following dates and times:
Friday, November 13th - 7:30pm
Saturday, November 14th - 7:30pm
Sunday, November 15th - 2pm
Seats are limited and require a reservation. Masks must be worn. Run time is 1 hour and 15 minutes with a brief Q&A at the end.
UCCS students receive free admission. Regular ticket is $7.
