Event Description

“There are no words; there is only music there,” was how Antonio Vivaldi described his art. And yet, his most famous work, The Four Seasons, is based on four sonnets, each one explaining the physical, emotional, and experiential of the different times of the year. NRO members Luke Lentini, Sarah Biagini, Sarah Elert, and Caroline Joyner will join collaboratively to bring the complete set of the concerti to life.
With equal collegiality, Andrew Port, Paul Haffley, Brendon Sill, and Lauren Robinson come together for a work whose authenticity has long been debated. Yet, despite its mysterious origins, Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante is a work that speaks for itself.
