Music on the Labyrinth: Peak Big Band

First Christian Church is presenting the first program in their summer Music on the Labyrinth series, featuring Peak Big Band, playing a variety of classic and modern big band charts. The program will be held outdoors on the labyrinth on the south side of the church, but will move indoors for inclement weather. You may bring a blanket or chair, or just sit on the labyrinth wall. A free will offering will be taken.

Peak Big Band plays a variety of classic and modern big band charts, ranging from Glenn Miller and Cole Porter to Santana and Guns and Roses. Several members hail from the NORAD band and several have played with big band/jazz greats such as Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Maynard Ferguson and Bill Watrous. Peak Big Band is under the direction of Bryant Letellier, who also plays trombone in the group.
