Hold onto your hats: the vaccine debate is returning to the state Capitol.

We're a month into session, and Capitol newbie Andrew Kenney is starting to realize it's not all pithy quotes and snappy debates. The tension is rising, the hours are lengthening, the big bills are starting to drop.
