The Drawing Parallels exhibit at the Museum of Boulder gathers community artifacts and art from a year of racial reckoning protests, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the mass shooting earlier this year at a local grocery store. The centerpiece combines the origami Memorial Crane Project by Karla Funderbunk with pillars of cranes preserved from the makeshift memorial at the site of the shooting.

Colorado's Black history is diverse and rich, but not widely known. A new exhibit, "Proclaiming Colorado’s Black History," is working to change that by illuminating the stories of Black people across the state. It's at the Museum of Boulder. Then, student loans have come due after a pandemic reprieve. We'll talk about the changes and things to consider.
