Denver city council members are considering a major renovation of Denver International Airport. If the $1.8 billion plan is approved, security checkpoints would move from the main floor of Jeppesen Terminal to the ticketing level, and more shops and restaurants would be added. But some airlines, including United, Southwest, and Frontier, are pushing back.
