The Colorado Center on Law and Policy's Elisabeth Arenales says insurers aren't justified in dropping kids-only policies. The Center, which backed passage of the Affordable Care Act, just issued a report on how the Act is affecting Colorado. The report finds the Act has already given thousands of Coloradans access to health care they didn't have before.
