Artist and registered nurse Tara Rynders of Denver was supposed to perform her interactive show "First, Do No Harm" at a New York City hospital earlier this year. Then COVID-19 hit. Now Rynders is working on a new project to raise awareness of compassion fatigue and burnout among nurses.
