Colorado officials say a judge was wrong when he ruled they can't require the Army to set a legally binding deadline to destroy chemical weapons stored in the state...A wind farm in northeastern Colorado with 273 turbines is looking at adding more...and, Democratic Senator Mark Udall says he is introducing a bill to extend residential solar energy tax credits to community-based solar farm collectives.
