Bill Would Ban Use of Health Factors to Determine Insurance Rates for Businesses

A bill in the Colorado legislature would prohibit insurance companies from using the health history of workers to set rates for small businesses. Dan Meyers talks to Rep. Anne McGihon, a Denver Democrat, who is co-sponsor of the bill, and Rebecca Weiss, director of government relations for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, which opposes the bill.
