Colorado’s Disabled Vets Get a Tax Break

In November, state voters overwhelmingly passed a tax break for severely disabled veterans. Now, about 2,000 property-owning vets in Colorado will get about $500 back on their state taxes. That's not much, but Colorado Board of Veterans Affairs Chairman Ralph Bozella says every penny counts. He talks to Ryan Warner.
