After intense scrutiny of the 2004 vote, lawmakers are considering several ways to reform elections in the state. One group recommending change is Fair Vote Colorado, a coalition of citizen's groups.Jenny Flanagan, associate director of Colorado Common Cause, one component of the organization, talks about their efforts.
