Graduate Programs Return to Western State College

When the Colorado Legislature recently reinstated graduate-level courses to Western State College, it restored more than the ability to hand out masters' degrees. For those close to Western, it means the Gunnison college is whole again. Ryan Warner talks to school president Jay Helman.
