Proposed Denver Justice Center

In May of this year Denver voters will decide on building a new 378-million-dollar justice center. Denver attorney Frances Koncilja is co-chair of Citizens for a Safe Denver, which is leading the campaign for the facility. Denver attorney Phil Cherner is with Denver Voters for Responsible Spending, which opposes the justice center. (Francis Koncilja is a member of the Colorado Public Radio Board of Directors.)
